Your whole company in one base, and each person builds what they need.
No data loading, no waiting on a vendor, no asking anyone for a screen.
Which of the clients who complain the most are also the ones who owe us the most?
None of your tools answers that today, because each one holds a piece. That answer crosses support email, tax invoices and the bank statement.
It connects to what you already use
Your invoices, transactions and email flow in on their own and stay current. Nobody uploads spreadsheets by hand.
Together, ordered and permissioned
For the first time you can cross areas. And each person sees only what is theirs, with no exceptions.
Everyone builds their own
The screen someone needs gets built in minutes and stays working for the rest of the team.
It is not a seat to query. It is a seat to build.
People do not browse tables or export: they produce things that then run on their own. It starts as a loose question, becomes a fixed screen, and ends as an alert.
It is the loop: export from the system to Excel, cross it with VLOOKUP, email it, review it by hand, export to PDF and hand it to someone else. The file is called Sales_commissions_FINAL_v7.xlsx and it exists in every company. Scattered licences are the secondary enemy.
- Viewa saved query, with its table or chart
- Dashboardseveral views together, to watch the state or to act on it
- Reportruns on its own and arrives by email
- Automationtrigger, condition and action, with fixed rules
- Agenta recurring task that uses judgment instead of rules
- Rulea business decision that is stored and applies itself
On a Monday the partner asks which projects are going to lose money. The terminal crosses logged hours, rate per person and amount sold. He asks for it to stay as a fixed screen. A month later he adds an alert when a project passes 80% of the hours sold.
What it replaces and what it does not
You keep buying whatever a third party with enforcement power audits, or where a mistake cannot be undone. Everything else is a data model with screens on top, and that column is 60% to 70% of the licence spend.
- Accounting and tax invoicing
- Payroll
- Identity and single sign-on
- Moving money
- Immutable legal repository
- Email, calendar and communication
- CRM and sales pipeline
- Projects, hours and progress
- Tickets and daily operations
- Reports and dashboards
- Purchasing and inventory
- Client and supplier portals
- Everything specific to your business
It runs as whoever opens it
If the partner builds a margin dashboard and shares it, the salesperson sees only their own clients. The filter is applied in the database, not on the screen.
Whatever runs alone has an owner and a date
Agents and automations inherit their creator's permissions as a ceiling, never more. If that person leaves, their agents are suspended.
There is no download-everything button
You take answers, dashboards and reports. Not the base. The day that button exists, the promise collapses.
From first meeting to first shared dashboard: 7 days
Three and a half hours of your time, across four live sessions. We do the rest.
- Day 0One concrete question you cannot answer today, written down
- Day 3Connection session: your invoices visible, with names you recognize
- Day 5Vocabulary, rules and permissions: who sees what, decided by you
- Day 7Handover: every terminal builds its first artifact
The only thing we cannot do without
The company's tax digital certificate and password. Beyond that it helps a lot to have the corporate mailbox, twelve months of bank statements and the spreadsheets you actually use, exactly as they are. And one named person who owns the project: that is what decides whether it works.
The advantage of starting in Chile
Chilean accounting is already structured by the tax authority's electronic documents. A small company here has its financial data more accessible than an equivalent one in the United States, and it shows on day one.
Companies of 1 to 50 people in Chile, starting with professional services: consultancies, law and accounting firms, agencies and technical offices. Under 50 people the whole company fits in a single model and “everything together” is literal. Above 50 it stops being so.
You pay per active terminal, and only for the month it is used. Asking has no cap and no cost. Administering and reading are free: administering is a permission, not a seat.
Four active terminals — one of them administers —, twelve extra readers and the setup instalment.
Setup is not a lock-in
You can cancel the service whenever you want. What you cannot cancel is the debt for work already done: if you leave before month 12 you pay the remaining instalments, and you can settle them upfront at any time. From month 13 there is no commitment left.
Where it stands, plainly
The product is defined and not yet built. We are looking for ten professional services firms for the pilot: closely supported, helping decide what gets built first, joining at the pricing above. There are no customers to show yet, and saying so beforehand is worth more than discovering it later.
It also does not promise to explain why something happened. It can tell you that three clients account for 63% of the drop — that is arithmetic and it can be checked — not that it was caused by shipping problems. That is a hypothesis, and it is yours to make.
