What this service is

AgentRoom analyzes a website and delivers a report estimating what an AI assistant finds when someone asks about what that organization does. The analysis is free and the report belongs to the analyzed organization, even if it never becomes a customer.

What you declare when requesting an analysis

The domain analyzed is the one after the @ in your email. By requesting the analysis you declare that you work at that organization or are authorized to request it on its behalf.

Providing your email and requesting the report is, in itself, the authorization to run the analysis: by doing so you authorize us to crawl that domain's site, evaluate its public content, and send extracts of that content to the AI model providers that perform the evaluation.

That authorization covers the entire exercise, including the transfer to third-party providers. If the site publishes people's data — a contact email, a phone number, a name — those people keep their rights over it and exercise them with us directly, within the systems we administer.

How the analysis works

We crawl the site once, respecting its robots.txt, always identifying ourselves as AgentRoomBot. We do not execute JavaScript or attempt to access private areas. Everything the report states comes from that single pass, with cited evidence and the moment it was observed.

If your site blocks us in robots.txt, we do not crawl it. You can block us at any time and the effect is immediate.

What we do not do

We do not publish your site's content anywhere unless you install your ARTag, the file that authorizes publication. We do not sell the order in which anyone is named. We do not charge for the analysis, now or later.

No warranty on the result

The score measures what was observed at one moment; it is neither a certification nor a prediction. AI assistants change their answers between queries for reasons unrelated to your site, and the report says so when that happens. We do not guarantee any commercial result from applying its recommendations.
