What data we process

Your email, to send you the report and verify you have access to the analyzed domain. And the public content of the analyzed site, which may include personal data if the site itself publishes it.

Who we share them with

To evaluate the site we send extracts of its public content to language-model providers operating outside Chile. They process those extracts on our behalf and under our instructions. We also use an email provider to deliver your report, and an infrastructure provider where the service runs.

We do not sell personal data to anyone, nor share it for advertising.

How long we keep them

The report is kept for 12 months from the moment it was generated, and is deleted afterwards. The normalized object built from the site is deleted after 90 days if that organization does not activate the service. You can request deletion earlier, and we do it.

Your rights

You can request access to your data, its rectification, deletion, portability, object to its processing, or ask that it be blocked while a dispute is resolved. Write to hola@junngla.com and we reply within 30 calendar days.

These rights belong to the data subject, not to the organization that requested the analysis. If your data appears on a site someone else submitted for analysis, you still exercise your rights with us.

With one limit we prefer to state upfront rather than when you ask: these rights are exercised over the systems we administer. The evaluation works by sending extracts to third-party AI assistants — the model providers — and those systems are not ours. We cannot delete, rectify or block data inside them, nor guarantee what they do with what they received: that is governed by each provider's terms. What we do is delete on our side and stop sending.

Legal framework

Chile's Law 19.628 currently applies. From December 1, 2026, Law 21.719 applies, which is stricter. This text is written to the 21.719 standard from now, because that is the one that will apply.
